H. Thomas Morgan, Jr. began his legal career after his admission to the South Carolina Bar in 2006. Before joining the Grier Law Firm, he worked in The South Carolina Supreme Court Staff Attorneys’ Office, where he drafted opinions and orders for the Court, as well as researched, analyzed, and drafted memoranda on various complex legal issues before the Court. Prior to law school, Mr. Morgan served five years in the United States Army, Military Intelligence Branch. Mr. Morgan and his wife, Angie, have two children. He currently practices in the areas of insurance defense, general liability, automobile wreck cases, workers’ compensation, and construction litigation.
